By accessing exchange.et, registering an account, requesting an API key, or using our embed widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

exchange.et ሲደርሱበት፣ መለያ ሲመዘገቡ፣ የAPI ቁልፍ ሲጠይቁ ወይም የመግቢያ ዊጀቶቻችንን ሲጠቀሙ በእነዚህ የአጠቃቀም ውሎች እና በግላዊነት ፖሊሲያችን የተሳሰሩ እንደሆኑ ይስማማሉ።

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keydama Software and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of exchange.et or reliance on its content.

The exchange.et name, logo, software, and original content are the property of Keydama Software and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

exchange.et የሚለው ስም፣ አርማ፣ ሶፍትዌር እና የመጀመሪያ ይዘቶች የKeydama Software እና የፈቃድ ሰጪዎቹ ንብረት ናቸው። በእነዚህ ውሎች በግልጽ ካልተፈቀደ በስተቀር መቅዳት፣ ማሻሻል ወይም እንደገና ማሰራጨት አይችሉም።

6. Acceptable Use6. ተቀባይነት ያለው አጠቃቀም

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data; scrape, resell, or redistribute rate data in violation of the API terms; or interfere with the operation of the service.

የማይፈቅዱት ነገሮች፡ አገልግሎቱን ለማንኛውም ህገ-ወጥ ዓላማ መጠቀም፤ ወደ መለያዎች፣ ስርዓቶች ወይም ውሂብ ያለፍቃድ ለመግባት መሞከር፤ የተመን መረጃን የAPI ውሎችን በመጣስ መቧጠር፣ እንደገና መሸጥ ወይም ማሰራጨት፤ ወይም የአገልግሎቱን አሠራር ማደናቀፍ።

7. Eligibility — Age 18+7. ብቁነት — ዕድሜ 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or request an API key. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

መለያ ለመመዝገብ ወይም የAPI ቁልፍ ለመጠየቅ ቢያንስ 18 ዓመት መሆን አለብዎት። በመመዝገብዎ ይህን መስፈርት እንደሚያሟሉ ያረጋግጣሉ።

8. Affiliate Disclosure8. የአጋር ማስታወቂያ

Some provider links on exchange.et are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you use them; this does not affect the rate you are quoted.

በexchange.et ላይ ያሉ አንዳንድ የአቅራቢ ማያያዣዎች የአጋር ማያያዣዎች ናቸው። ከተጠቀሟቸው ኮሚሽን ልናገኝ እንችላለን፤ ይህ በሚነገርዎት ተመን ላይ ምንም ተጽዕኖ አያደርስም።

9. API and Developer Terms9. የAPI እና የዴቨሎፐር ውሎች

API access is subject to the developer terms: you must use the API in accordance with its documentation and acceptable-use policy; the data is licensed for your use, not resale, unless otherwise agreed; and we may throttle, suspend, or revoke an API key at any time for abuse, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

10. Embed Widget Terms10. የመግቢያ ዊጀት ውሎች

Embed widgets may be placed on your website free of charge provided you do not modify the widget's branding or data attribution, do not misrepresent the data as your own, and do not use the widget on unlawful or deceptive sites. We may change or discontinue widgets at any time.

የመግቢያ ዊጀቶች በነፃ በድረ-ገጽዎ ላይ ሊቀመጡ ይችላሉ፤ ሆኖም የዊጀቱን ምልክት ወይም የውሂብ ምደባን ካልቀየሩ፣ ውሂቡን እንደ ራስዎ ካላስተላለፉ እና ዊጀቱን በህገ-ወጥ ወይም አታላይ ጣቢያዎች ካልተጠቀሙ። ዊጀቶችን በማንኛውም ጊዜ መቀየር ወይም ማቆም እንችላለን።

11. Governing Law11. የአስተዳደር ህግ

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.

እነዚህ ውሎች በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ህጎች የሚመሩ ናቸው። አለመግባባቶች በኢትዮጵያ ፍርድ ቤቶች ብቸኛ ስልጣን ተገዢ ናቸው።

12. Changes to These Terms12. የውሉ ለውጦች

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
